Mend it in a quick economical way:

You can fix a leaky water tank by having an existing steel tank liner replaced or your leaky/cracked concrete tank repaired using our tank Liner.

Please note that not all tanks are suitable for Liner installation
The tank is required to be completely emptied and cleaned
If it is a concrete tank, 50mm of clean sand needs to be placed in the base prior to installation
Our installers do not re-plumb any existing pipework

Sterling liners are installed in new and old water tanks. We are best at custom designing and supplying high quality tank liners as early as possible. You usually require a tank lined when it is a leaking tank or you want to install a new tank and we make sure that you get the right lining solution where and when needed.

Why lining is important –

If you already have a tank without a liner and it has begun to leak , then slowly over the period of time it will get more damaged due to external pressure and the water pressure, thus the tank will give away. But due to the installation of the liner its wall will experience less pressure and can extend the life of the tanks ( by about Ten Years). For tanks this becomes a short term but very effective solution.

Tank Liner Customisation:

Liners can be installed in any open tank provided there is a proper space to access for a person. There should be proper access for any on-going tank or pump maintenance.

Open liners prove beneficial as the submersible pumps can be used easily. Submersible pumps are a good option when the space outside the tank is limited or if there is an issue of pump noise.

We follow all OH&S and confined space precautions and regulations during installation.
